Giving the 5 Tibetans a try

I am a writer. I am lazy, and I am really out of shape.  I have back issues, and leg issues, not to mention that I need to lose at least 5 kilos. I have been pondering renewing my gym card for a year.

Yesterday, I stumbled upon a video of Hugh Howey doing the 5 Tibetans. I looked at the video and thought: I can do that.  The video is 5 minutes long. Even if I am a bit slower, and do it in 10, I can fit 10 minutes of exercise into my day.

Granted, this isn’t the first time I say this. But I can do 5-10 minutes in the morning. Or in the evening. Just need a yoga mat.
